John King is a sole trader developing Dugout Coach. KIBECA is his developer name for Google Play. This page describes the data used by this website and the current web app.
This developer website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It has no advertising, contact forms or third-party analytics scripts. Cloudflare may process connection and security information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
Dugout Coach accounts and coaching data
The app uses an email address, optional nickname and coach ID to provide an account. Saved data can include teams, player names and uniform numbers, game details, positions, substitutions and coaching plans that you enter. Only enter player information you are entitled to manage.
Account and coaching data is stored using Cloudflare services. The app also keeps local data on your device to support local saving and offline access for registered users.
Passwords and device sign-in
Passwords and recovery codes are stored as hashes on the server. Session cookies keep you signed in. If you set up a passkey, the server stores its public key. Face ID, fingerprints and device PIN checks are handled by your device; biometric images and templates are not sent to KIBECA.
Saving and keeping data
Edits save locally, then sync after editing stops. If another device has updated the cloud version first, the cloud version replaces conflicting pending edits. Clearing browser storage does not delete your cloud account, and local copies or infrastructure backups may remain separately from the current cloud data.
