Dugout Coach support
Dugout Coach is developed by John King, a sole trader using the developer name KIBECA. The app is in active development.

Signing in
A coach account is required. Sign in using your email and password. Passwords must have at least ten characters. On compatible devices, you can set up device passkey sign-in from Menu → Coach account. If device sign-in is unavailable, use your email and password.
Account recovery
Use the recovery code you saved when creating your account to reset your password. Keep passwords and recovery codes private; do not include them in a support enquiry.
Local and cloud saves
Edits save on your device immediately and sync once editing has stopped for ten seconds. A valid remembered account can work offline. Pending local saves are recovered when the app reopens; if another device has changed the cloud version, the cloud version wins.
